KidzCare Pediatrics is the largest pediatric group in North Carolina, founded on August 15th, 2003, celebrating 15 years of service to children, 24 locations spanning from mountains to the coastline and covering the interior counties of our great state and one site in GA. Currently, we serve 67 North Carolina counties, employing 186 healthcare staff and empowering 47 providers who are delivering excellent pediatric healthcare services to more than 98,500 patients.
Starting with the humble treatment of 5 patients in the first week of opening in August 2003, we have treated more than 786,893 patients till August 10th, 2018, often providing care to the third generation of patients and their families at our own new and acquired Pediatric Practices in NC. In spite of the incredible growth, our mission has not changed, and we remain committed to providing accessible, affordable, quality care for all children irrespective of their ability to pay. We have achieved and maintained the highest level 3 recognition for being a Patient-Centered Medical Home (for delivering high-quality healthcare service) by the National Committee on Quality Assurance.
