Responsibilities:
• Responsible for management of all Kidzcare maintenance needs to include:
• All Clinic handyman needs
• Clinic Repairs and maintenance
• Bulbs and fixtures
• Switches and outlets, minor electrical
• Painting/Touchup
• Parking lot maintenance
• Pressure washing
• Flooring
• Minor plumbing
• Minor HVAC
• Moving and storage
• Relocations
• Gutters
• Filters
• Landfill/Disposal
• Landscaping and Mowing
• Acquisition Team
• Assessment of all other needs ongoing

To work with the clinics on all items above, including anything having to do with our facilities. For items that he does not, or cannot complete alone, he will be in charge of obtaining proper approval for coordinating outside work. Clinics shall coordinate and schedule work accordingly, with the responsibility for handling all of our 27 locations. Will work with clinics in prioritizing a master schedule for completion of tasks. Emergencies will obviously take priority.

The position will be covering our entire footprint of Kidzcare, thus his trips to Charlotte, Coast, Mountains, Triad will need to be coordinated to accomplish as much as possible on each trip.
