Well Visits & Preventive Care

Sick Visits

Getting Started with KidzCare
Becoming a patient at KidzCare Pediatrics is simple. From completing registration to scheduling your first visit, our team will guide you through the process and help obtain records from your previous provider. To schedule an appointment, call your nearest location. Our friendly team will help you find a convenient appointment time, answer any questions you may have, and guide you through how to establish care for your child.

Transfer Medical Records
If your child has been seen by another pediatrician, we’ll help coordinate the transfer of medical records. This ensures your provider has a complete view of your child’s health history, including immunizations, past visits, and any ongoing care needs.
📅 Step 3
Complete Patient Forms & Meet Your Care Team at Your First Visit
After forms are completed and accepted by our team, and you’ve initiated a records transfer, you may schedule your child’s first appointment. Appointments can be scheduled over the phone at one of our many locations. Once scheduled, patients will receive a confirmation phone call 24-hours prior to their visit.
KidzCare is Recognized by NHSC
KidzCare Pediatrics offers a discounted sliding fee schedule to patients who are unable to pay for their healthcare services. This program is designed to ensure that individuals and families with no or limited financial means have access to the medical care they need. No patient will be denied access to care because of an inability to pay.
We are proud to participate in and support the National Health Service Corps by serving all families who seek care at our locations. As part of this commitment, we offer a discounted sliding fee schedule based on family size and income.

The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used to establish and annually update our Sliding Fee Program (SFP) and determine eligibility for discounted services.
