For self-pay patients, payment is collected at the time of your visit, with clear, upfront pricing so there are no surprises. These fees cover the full cost of your child’s visit, including evaluation during the appointment. Please note that we are not responsible for third-party billing, such as LabCorp, hospital labs, or any non-KidzCare office to which we may refer patients.
Self-Pay Visit Rates

- $125-150 for sick visits
- $140-160 for well child checks
