    Upon arrival, new patients will be asked to complete forms for each child if they have not already done so. This gives our team the information needed to create your child’s medical record and begin the onboarding process.

    Appointments can be scheduled over the phone at one of our many locations. Once scheduled, patients will receive a confirmation phone call 24-hours prior to their visit.

Our goal is to help you feel informed and confident in your choice of pediatric care before your baby arrives.

  • How can I best prepare for my baby’s first visit?

We recommend bringing your hospital discharge paperwork, feeding records, and insurance information. It can also be helpful to make a list of questions ahead of time so you can make the most of your visit with your provider.

    KidzCare accepts most major commercial insurance plans as well as state Medicaid programs. You can view a list of accepted insurance plans on our website. If you don’t see your plan listed, please call the location nearest to you directly to confirm coverage, as we may still participate with your insurer. Our team is happy to verify benefits prior to your first visit and also offers self-pay options.
