    To schedule an appointment, simply call the location nearest to you. Our friendly team will help you find a convenient appointment time, answer any questions you may have, and guide you through how to establish care for your child.

    Complete Patient Forms

    Upon arrival, new patients will be asked to complete forms for each child if they have not already done so. This gives our team the information needed to create your child’s medical record and begin the onboarding process. Once submitted, our staff will review your details and reach out with next steps.

    Schedule Your First Visit

    After forms are completed and accepted by our team, you may schedule your newborn’s first appointment. Appointments can be scheduled over the phone at one of our many locations. Once scheduled, patients will receive a confirmation phone call 24-hours prior to their visit.

    KidzCare accepts most major commercial insurance plans as well as state Medicaid programs. You can view a list of accepted insurance plans on our website. If you don’t see your plan listed, please contact our office directly to confirm coverage, as we may still participate with your insurer. Our team is happy to verify benefits prior to your first visit and also offers self-pay options.
