Dr. Taylor Genaway, DO earned her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Tennessee and completed medical training at Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD) in Norfolk, Virginia.
She is passionate about preventive medicine, comprehensive wellness, and caring for children with complex medical needs. Dr. Genaway values partnering with families to support physical, emotional, and social well-being while promoting healthy lifestyles and long-term wellness.
Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, she now practices in Wilmington after relocating with her husband, who serves as a Navy physician. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exercising, and spending time outdoors with her husband and young daughter.
