Dr. Erika Pritchett earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. She completed her pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital and has over 13 years of experience in pediatrics, healthcare leadership, and medical education.
She is dedicated to preventive care, health equity, and quality improvement, with a focus on enhancing patient safety, access, and overall well-being. Dr. Pritchett has led pediatric acute care initiatives, global health coordination, and system-wide quality improvement projects.
Based in Wilmington, Dr. Pritchett continues to advance pediatric care through innovation, leadership, and mentorship. Outside of work, she is committed to improving healthcare systems and supporting the next generation of medical professionals.
