Andrea Penny is a dedicated healthcare professional with an educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in 2019. She is currently furthering her education by pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Degree at Frontier Nursing University.
As a certified Nurse Practitioner, Andrea holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation. Her healthcare journey began as a registered nurse at Wake Medical Center, where she accumulated 14 years of valuable experience, with a focus on labor and delivery for the last 9 years.
Andrea is an active member of prominent healthcare associations, including the AANP (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners), NAPNAP (National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners), and AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics). Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys quality time with her family and has a passion for outdoor activities such as the beach and mountains, as well as photography. She’s also a fan of Carolina basketball.
