Dr. Kimberlee Persaud joined Kidzcare Pediatrics after completing her pediatric residency training at Memorial Healthcare System/Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. A native of the Sunshine State, she completed her undergraduate training at Florida Atlantic University, where she graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Health Administration. She then earned her medical degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine before returning to the beach for residency. Dr. Persaud and her husband (also Dr. Persaud) then relocated to North Carolina, where Mr. Persaud is completing his Sports Medicine Fellowship training. Dr. Persaud is completely bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and even picked up a few Telugu words during her recent vacation in India. In her free time, she enjoys running, watching movies, and relaxing with her loved ones.
