Kylie Leek, FNP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Carolina University and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training at Chamberlain University. With a strong background as a bedside nurse across labor & delivery, trauma, cardiology, and urgent care, Kylie brings broad clinical experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Having grown up in Hayesville, North Carolina, Kylie is proud to return to the Appalachian community she calls home. She is passionate about reducing healthcare disparities, building long-term relationships with families, and providing care that supports both physical and emotional well-being. Her approach is grounded in kindness, advocacy, and helping patients feel seen beyond their diagnosis.
Kylie enjoys watercolor painting, repurposing vintage furniture, reading, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family. She values the close connections and natural beauty of Western North Carolina and is excited to serve the community she deeply loves.
